Broadcast your complaints as there are many who are effected by the same issues.
Quite often when you approach the modern banks with issues they do not have a complaint book, and the customercare@xbank.com replies with a autoresponse and that hangs on for sometime during which outcomes are uncertain.
I had an issue with HDFC Bank on mobile alert charges.I was charged even after cancelling for about 1.5 years i have written n number of complaints, shouted in n number of branches as they were just trying to brush aside and not solve the issue.
