British libraries in india had been closing down one by one.
They had promised to be back online shortly, and a few days ago i happened to stumble on their smm ad via Orkut. The website was impressive on the first sight and i had even liked the podcast on the worth of university degree.

There are several things in it which gets highlighted as it is a website and wouldn't have been if it was in a library as much as this like global exchange programe.There is even a section to teach English on various levels.
